Lew Sommerville
Lewis began his tattooing journey shortly after graduating from the University of Pittsburgh in 2021, with degrees in anthropology and chemistry.
He quickly fell in love with the world of engraving, woodcut, and etching tattoos. This is his specialty, although he also absolutely loves doing fine-line, stippling, and illustrative blackwork in general. He enjoys exploring weird and bold subject matter. Botanicals, medieval imagery, dudes with lamps for heads, you name it. With all of that being said, he prides himself on being extremely receptive to clients’ ideas and interests.
Outside of work, he enjoys training in Muay Thai, playing guitar, sucking at Dark Souls games, and hangin’ with his cat Birdie.
